Since 1998, Kitsch'n On Roscoe offers a relaxed & casual neighborhood-style space offering a full bar with a hip 70's "funk-ploitation" theme & too many tongue-in-cheek cultural decor references to mention (beer can collections, lava lamps, Billy Dee Williams "Colt 45" lighted signs, vintage lunchboxes, H&R Puff'n Stuff action figures, etc).

Whether you live in the area, are in town visiting, or just checking it out... this is one chill vantage point from which to soak it all in. The original Kitsch'n On Roscoe is the ultimate place to unwind in a neighborhood setting, whether seated inside (retro-metro 70's funk-o-licious), or alfresco-style in the sidewalk café and popular backyard tiki beer-garden.

This is where it all started... come in for our legendary weekend “Hangover Brunch” and grab a spot by the tiki-bar, sit down with friends at the front counter, or at one of our vintage Formica tables. Our staff will help steer you in to the "cult status" items on the menu that are sure to please. Order yourself a funky drink from the cocktail list, sit back and look around... you'll be sure to notice something that will take your thoughts to “back in the day".

Kitsch'n On Roscoe Hours:

9am to 3pm - Monday
9am to 10pm Tuesday – Friday

8am to 10pm - Saturday
8am to 3pm - Sunday

Available for private or semi-private parties. Backyard beer-garden seating available year-round (heated and fully retractable awning), sidewalk café seating open weather permitting (April through November).

Breakfast Items available until 3pm daily

Lunch Items available 10am-4:30pm daily

Dinner Items available after 4:30pm

Parking for Kitsch’n On Roscoe:

On-street metered parking is available along Roscoe Street west of Damen Avenue, and non-metered parking is available on both Damen Avenue and on Roscoe Street east of Damen Avenue.

Valet parking is available on Friday and Saturday night after 5pm, directly across the street at Volo Restaurant Wine Bar for $7.00 per car.

Driving directions to Kitsch’n On Roscoe:

Located on Damen Avenue in Chicago at 2000W/3400N (between Addison & Belmont -North/South, and Ashland & Western - East/West).

From the expressway north (Kennedy or Edens) exit Addison and head east 2 miles passing Elston, California & Western, turn right (going south) on Damen Avenue, two blocks to Roscoe (SW corner of intersection - next to the"Speedway" gas station).

Public transportation to Kitsch’n On Roscoe:

Brown line, stop at Paulina/Lincoln/Roscoe and walk 4 blocks west just past Damen Ave (SW corner of intersection - next to the "Speedway" gas station).

Damen bus north/south to Roscoe (SW corner of intersection - next to the "Speedway" gas station).

Addison or Belmont bus east/west to Damen, walk 2 blocks to Roscoe (SW corner of intersection  - next to the “Speedway” gas station).

From the expressway south (Eisenhower towards Wisconsin, Dan Ryan) exit at Damen Avenue, turning right and heading north out of the exit, then passing Fullerton/Elston, going over the red suspension bridge, passing Diversey, and then Belmont, turn left at the light on Roscoe Street (SW corner of intersection - next to the "Speedway" gas station).
